Alex Rojas is the visionary founder and president of the Massachusetts Latin Golf Association. With over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods, automation, and pharmaceutical industries, Alex has held multiple leadership roles across Brazil, Mexico, the U.S., China, and Germany, spanning finance, supply chain, and internal audit functions in manufacturing.

Passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth, Alex's leadership style is rooted in building strong relationships, empowering others, and nurturing a spirit of innovation. 

 

Committed to diversity and inclusion, Alex serves as an Employee Resources Group Leader for a Latino organization at his workplace, where he advocates for a more inclusive environment. He also sits on the Advisory Board of a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Alex is an avid golfer and active member of a private country club.
